I'm Helen Castillo, and I work with raw foodists who struggle with cooked food cravings but would rather stay raw because they know and LOVE how fabulous living the raw foods lifestyle makes them look and feel.
What separates my service from others is that I’ve been a raw foodist for several years now, I’m classically trained and certified as a raw chef-instructor, and because of this, my clients receive expert guidance on how to craft fresh, vibrant, yummy raw foods that are healthy, quick and easy to prepare, and that help them take the next step towards leading a happy and healthy life
