This afternoon a few of us from class gathered for Sunday Supper at 105degrees. So far, I've experienced Italian and Thai, last week a culinary artist's palette, and this week a meal by Kitchen and Academy Director, Ladan Raissi.

I'm Helen Castillo, and I work with raw foodists who struggle with cooked food cravings but would rather stay raw because they know and LOVE how fabulous living the raw foods lifestyle makes them look and feel.
What separates my service from others is that I’ve been a raw foodist for several years now, I’m a classically trained and certified raw chef-instructor, and because of this, my clients receive expert guidance on how to prepare yummy raw foods that keep them coming back for more!
